sprinkler system and an entry bridge crossing wetland. |

3,494 sq ft restaurant was constructed on wood piling foundation
and includes pre-fabricated wood truss structure, shingle roof,
hardi-plank exterior, drywall over wood studded walls, hardwood
and ceramic floors, built-in seating, full kitchen, walk-in
cold storage units and a screened porch. |

project includes the construction of six multi-unit townhome

unique building was designed and constructed to meet state of
the art "Blue Sky" hurricane requirements. In coordination
with Clemson University, FEMA and the architect, we shaped design
plans and constructed this 3,500 sq ft building that includes
wood, metal stud and concrete block construction. |

| The
largest sports facility on the Outer Banks, this building includes
an 8 lane waveless competition pool, two indoor clay tennis
courts, three indoor racquetball courts, an exercise room and
administration offices. It is constructed on a concrete foundation
and is a steel frame structure with block walls and cast-in-place
concrete second floor slab. |
